Plumbing it Fine was founded and is owned by Rannin Fine. Unlike many of his friends who went on to study law and accounting, etc., after matriculating from Herzlia High School, Rannin knew that with his high energy levels and preference for the practical over the academic, he was best suited to doing a trade. His first plumbing jobs were for companies that specialised in new-build plumbing, and here he got a wealth of experience in laying underground drainage, installing solar, and heat pump systems and gained valuable practical knowledge in general building from the foundation up. He then worked for a company that performed general plumbing maintenance, renovations and geyser replacement. This collective working experience gave Rannin a 360-degree view of the scope of plumbing across residential and commercial buildings and was a fantastic foundation to build his own business on.
After achieving his Red Seal internationally recognised certification in 2019, Rannin started Plumbing it Fine. Initially servicing the Atlantic seaboard suburbs of Sea Point, Green Point, Mouille Point, Camps Bay and others, Plumbing it Fine’s team and business has grown to offer a full range of plumbing services to the greater Cape Town metropole.
Rannin is supported by team leaders Collin, Nico and Admire, and stock and quality controller Tiaan.
